By using this website, the dealer portal or the admin portal, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

BKI-Fuel is a brand of Yugant Tech Private Limited, providing vehicle fuel monitoring hardware and the BKI-Fuel monitoring platform. Contact: info@bkifuel.in, +91 87897 37200.

2. Permitted use

  1. The website is for information about BKI-Fuel solutions, dealership applications, payments, certificate verification and dealer operations.
  2. Portal accounts are personal to the dealer entity; keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  3. Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, scrape at scale, or submit false applications, payment references or verification queries.

3. Intellectual property

  1. The BKI-Fuel name, logos ("pickaxe-mountain-sun" emblem, wordmarks and taglines), website content and documentation are the property of Yugant Tech Private Limited or its licensors.
  2. Authorized dealers receive a limited brand-usage licence under the Dealership Agreement; all other use requires prior written consent.

4. Certificate verification

The verification tool confirms whether a certificate number corresponds to a currently authorized dealer. It is provided for legitimate due-diligence; results are indicative and can be confirmed in writing via info@bkifuel.in.

5. Disclaimers

  1. Website content is provided "as is" without warranties; savings figures (e.g. typical 10–20% fuel cost reduction) are indicative and depend on fleet condition and usage.
  2. We may update the website, programme details and these terms at any time; the version published here applies.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of website use is limited to ₹10,000. Liability under signed agreements is governed by those agreements.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts and arbitration seat: as specified in the Dealership Agreement; otherwise courts at the registered office of Yugant Tech Private Limited.
